Get Settings Automatically
To get automatic settings through SMS:
you need to send an SMS to 8738 following these steps:
- Go to the message option in your phone
- Write the desired settings you want (e.g Internet/WAP/MMS)
- Next, type your handset manufacturer name (e.g Samsung/Nokia)
- Then type your model name or number (e.g. N73, Desire)
- Send your SMS to 8738
Robi Internet Setting Example :

If you don’t know your model number, follow these steps instead:
- Go to the message option in your phone
- Write the desired settings you want (e.g Internet/WAP/MMS)
- Type first 8 digits of your handset’s IMEI (dial *#06# to get IMEI no)
- Send your SMS to 8738

** IOS don’t require to put APN settings as it’s overrides the operator APN.

– Tap tick to save
MMS Settings
– Under APN field enter WAP for MMS
– Leave User name and Password fields blank.

– SMS charge applicable for downloading settings
– Supplementary Duty (SD) + VAT on price inclusive of SD applicable.
